Phase 01
GSS successfully conducted the 1st phase of two Leadership training sessions at Colombo and Kurunegala for team leaders – those promoted from QAT levels and who lead QAT teams of 15 – 25 QAT. The Sessions took place on 05th June 2022 in GSS C & followed by sessions in GSS K on 19th June 2022.
This Leadership training was designed to prepare GSS’s Future Leaders by giving them challenging jobs that prepare them for business leadership roles. The program encompasses attractive activities on how to become a role model with a positive attitude, and how to become a SMART leader to drive the teams towards achievement of business goals while developing their professional and network skills.

Phase 02
