Key Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct and monitor transactions (Transaction to Accuracy numbers)
• Maintains Quality check records
• Investigate escalations
• Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the processes
• Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions/plans
• Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
• Identify training needs and organize/communicate training interventions to meet quality   standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in  Statistics or a relevant qualification
• Good Communication Skills
• Fluent in English
• Analytical Knowledge
• Ability to work on shifts
• Excellent in MS Excel
