Key Responsibilities
- Plan, conduct and monitor transactions (Transaction to Accuracy numbers)
- Maintains Quality check records
- Investigate escalations
- Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the processes
- Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions/plans
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
- Identify training needs and organize/communicate training interventions to meet quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics or a relevant qualification
- Good Communication Skills
- Fluent in English
- Analytical Knowledge
- Ability to work on shifts
- Excellent in MS Excel
