Job Description

  • Tier-1 Support for field activity issues.
  • Technical assistance with mobile platforms iOS, Android, Windows 8.
  • Regularly working with tickets (Jira).
  • Identifying and evaluating pipeline issues by monitoring a live system.
  • Optimizing monitoring tools and identifying flaws.
  • Contribution to the company knowledge base and maintenance.

Requirements

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage escalations.
  • Experience in customer support positions.
  • Good Mandarin and English skills – reading and writing.
  • Team player, with proven ability of working in a dynamic environment.
  • Analytic approach and thinking outside of the box.
  • Service oriented.
  • Monitoring understanding and responsibility.
  • Flexible working in different rotating shifts.

 Advantage:

  • Knowledge of MySql DB. (Queries)
  • Experience with Jira / Confluence.
  • Network / IT orientation.
  •  Minimum of one year experience (Web , Mobile, Database , IT support)
