- Tier-1 Support for field activity issues.
- Technical assistance with mobile platforms iOS, Android, Windows 8.
- Regularly working with tickets (Jira).
- Identifying and evaluating pipeline issues by monitoring a live system.
- Optimizing monitoring tools and identifying flaws.
- Contribution to the company knowledge base and maintenance.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize and manage escalations.
- Experience in customer support positions.
- Good Mandarin and English skills – reading and writing.
- Team player, with proven ability of working in a dynamic environment.
- Analytic approach and thinking outside of the box.
- Service oriented.
- Monitoring understanding and responsibility.
- Flexible working in different rotating shifts.
- Knowledge of MySql DB. (Queries)
- Experience with Jira / Confluence.
- Network / IT orientation.
- Minimum of one year experience (Web , Mobile, Database , IT support)
